Trophy Club Parks & Recreation supports the principle that sponsorships are an important tool that can be used to enhance and broaden the image and reach of the Department and its services as well as generate revenue. Revenues collected through sponsorships are used to enhance the experience of Trophy Club residents and visitors, as well as to reduce costs to recreation program users. Sponsors receive an advertising benefit from their association, the Department and its facilities, events and programs. The Department desires to limit advertisers only to those businesses that will enhance the positive image of Trophy Club Parks & Recreation.

    Please complete this form and a representative of the Town will contact you shortly with details pertaining to your sponsorship.

Information on event dates, times, estimated attendees, etc., as well as what is included with each sponsorship level is available in our Sponsorship Packet and located at www.trophyclub.org/sponsor.

    Please note that the ability to apply for a specific sponsorship opportunity below does not guarantee it's availability as each event has a limit to the number of sponsorships available.

  18. CONTRIBUTION

    Please indicate how you plan to provide your contribution. Pending approval from the Parks & Recreation department, you will receive an invoice or link to fulfill your contribution.

  19. Payment Method*

    Charitable contributions to governmental units are tax-deductible under section 170(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code if made for a public purpose. The Town of Trophy Club will provide a written acknowledgment of your contribution.

  20. Sponsor's wishing to provide "In-Kind" contributions should detail their proposed contribution and estimate value.

  21. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    By completing this form, all parties agree to the following statement:

    The Town of Trophy Club agrees to provide benefits corresponding to the level of sponsorship. The sponsor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Trophy Club its elected and appointed officials, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries cause by or resulting from the sponsor’s acts or omissions. The Town of Trophy Club does not guarantee any benefit or profit to the sponsor or any person who participates or partakes in the community events or programs.

    This sponsorship will take effect upon verification of contribution by the Town and will expire at the conclusion of the above subscribed event or program.

  22. Sponsorship Policy Agreement*

    All sponsors are required to view and agree to the Sponsorship Policy.

  23. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
