4. The Town of Trophy Club Public Meeting Spaces Form will help you to reserve a public room in the Town Hall or Fire Station buildings.

6. On behalf of the Town of Trophy Club, we are delighted by your request to host a meeting at Town Hall or the TC Fire Station.

   We take immense pride in our Town Hall being a public facility and are pleased to offer its amenities for the benefit and convenience of our residents. With its elegant architecture, state-of-the-art facilities, and commitment to fostering community engagement, our Town Hall and Fire Station buildings serve as ideal venues for bringing our residents together. 

   Thank you for your reservation request. We are pleased to make  Town Hall and the Fire Station rooms available to the community, and we are excited to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that our residents cherish.

8. Town Hall EOC Training Room
   

   This room holds up to 30 people, depending on set up.

9. Town Hall Meeting Room
   

   This room holds 4-6 people.

10. Fire Station Meeting Room
    

    This room holds up to 20 people, depending on set up.

12. Items of Note
    • Rental hours for any of the available spaces are only available Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
    • The doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before the designated start time below.
    • If you require the room set up in a specific way or any technology needs, please put in in the special requirements field below. The default is none.
    • If you require more then 1 day, please fill this out for each day. At this time, we will not accept reoccurring dates unless you sent a request for each time.
