Can I reserve a meeting room in Town Hall?

The meeting room facilities of the Trophy Club Town Hall are primarily for the use of Town Council, Town Staff, for Town of Trophy Club sponsored events or for official government elections. When a meeting room is not in use by the Town, a Department or another city, state or federal government agency, the meeting rooms are available on a first come, first served basis to applicants as described in this policy.  See the full Meeting Room Policy and Request use of a Meeting room here:
