Hundreds of cities as well as a few states have committed to 100% clean energy by certain years that vary from 2020 all the way until 2050. These goals make a plan to improve air quality, increase sustainability, and create long-term, good paying jobs. Trophy Club should create an environmental plan to be implemented over the next few years that includes aspects of the environment such as improving air quality, access to EV charging stations, improving water quality, the conservation of Trophy Club park, reforestation and clean up efforts. These are just ideas, but other cities such as Denton have implemented a long term strategy to improve their environment and the human health of its residents, and Trophy Club should too.
