(Trophy Club, TX) August 09, 2022 - As you are aware, because of ongoing seasonal staffing issues, the Trophy Club Community Pool Complex has amended its schedule this season by closing the Competition and Kiddie Pool for the remainder of the summer; the Splash Pad will be open on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10AM – 7PM at no cost for Trophy Club residents for the remainder of the season. We are currently working diligently to help prevent having an abbreviated season from occurring in 2023, including increasing our seasonal staff pay rates; we will continue to provide lifeguard certifications in-house by our full-time staff as in years past.
Because of the early pool closure this season and the inconvenience to our residents, we want to continue addressing all issues across the board. The Trophy Club Parks & Recreation Department is offering Pool Membership REFUNDS of $15.00 for family memberships. Please contact [email protected] OR 682.237.2222 to have your refund processed by our team.
Lastly, we want to take this opportunity to thank our Community Pool Staff for their dedication and commitment, we extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the joy and professionalism they provide at our Community Pool.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you will join us again next year!

(Trophy Club, TX) August 05, 2022 - Effective Saturday, August 06, 2022, the Trophy Club Community Pool Complex will have revised operation hours. Sadly, this change to the Complex hours reflects the end of the pool season for the Trophy Club community. Beginning August 6th, the Competition Pool and Kiddie Pool will be closed for the season; however, the Splash Pad will remain open every Saturday and Sunday until September 5, 2022 (Labor Day).
Unfortunately, this change is required due to staffing difficulties at the pool. The Trophy Club Parks & Recreation Department doesn't have the necessary number of lifeguards to keep the entire pool open further. The TC Team would rather shut down the Competition and Kiddie pools than close the entire pool, and there are enough lifeguards to facilitate this model. Most of the lifeguards are returning to school and are unable to work during the week for the remainder of the pool season.
The labor issues this season have been unprecedented. As a result, next year, the Trophy Club Parks & Recreation Department will be hiring more lifeguards at the beginning of the season with an increase in their pay to attract additional (and older) guards.
The TC team sincerely apologizes for this inconvenience! We appreciate our visitors and look forward to the remainder of the season at the Splash Pad! If you have further questions, please email Director Jaramillo at [email protected].
