The Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 (District) will begin construction soon to replace water lines as part of its FY 2022 Capital Improvement Projects. The District has contracted with Rey-Mar Construction to remove and replace approximately 5,185 linear feet of 8-inch, 6-inch, and 2-inch water lines, valves, and service lines along and adjacent to Creek Courts Drive and Wilshire Drive.
The contractor has mobilized and is in the process of installing temporary water lines with excavation beginning within the next few weeks. The TCMUD No. 1 appreciates residents’ patience as they work through these improvements.
