6.12.2022 UPDATE 5:00PM- The update from earlier this afternoon provided an inaccuracy as to the outage near Heather Glen Circle. That specific outage location repair is NOT complete as referenced below and as shown on the Oncor website. However, we have received confirmation that there are crews at ALL locations at this time working. Oncor is hoping to have outages restored this evening.

6.12.2022 UPDATE 2:30PM- The transformer on Heather Glen has been repaired and they have begun work in the Galloway area. The third area near Glenwick and Avalon is yet to have a crew assigned. They are trying to get more crews up and running to assign the remaining issues across the area.
If you have family or friends in the affected area, please continue to check on them. And remember the Trophy Club Community Pool and splash pad are open if anyone is in need of a place to cool off. Continue to stay hydrated, these high temperatures are brutal and it is important to keep yourselves, kids, and pets well hydrated.

6.12.2022 UPDATE 10AM- the outage near Heather Glen has been assigned a crew by Oncor and crews will begin work shortly.
As a reminder, the Trophy Club Community Pool and splash pad will be open at 11AM if anyone is in need of a place to cool off this afternoon. With high temperatures again today, it is important to keep yourselves, kids, and pets well hydrated.

6.12.2022 UPDATE 8AM- 3 transformers have blown one of which was near Galloway and Aberdeen affecting 9 houses, resulting in an outage for 13 hours. Another transformer near Glenwick close to Avalon is effecting 8 homes and has been out for nearly 7 hours. The third transformer is at Heather Glen Circle effecting 6 homes. All need underground work and parts shipped in from Lancaster and have not been assigned a crew yet. Oncor have 36 transformers they are trying to replace that all went out yesterday in the late afternoon and last night. Their crews has been working over 24 hours and they are trying to call in contractors to assist.
At this time there is no ETA for repairs but Town staff will receive a call when the tickets are assigned a crew. It will be a while before power is restored. If you know someone who has been affected by these outages, please check in with them.
