🚧 🚨 CONSTRUCTION ALERT 🚧 🚨
Beginning Tuesday, April 06, 20201 - The TC Streets Division will be beginning work on Skyline Drive tomorrow, April 06, 2021. NO STREETS WILL BE BLOCKED OFF during the work and access will be available at all times. Several small locations will be down to one lane for very brief distances. All residents will also have FULL ACCESS to their driveways at all times too during this week of repairs. The area to be worked on will be the 100 block of Skyline Drive to 27 Panorama Trail.
With clear weather forecasted this week, staff estimates the work to be completed by Saturday barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Beginning Monday, January 25, 20201 - Town staff will begin work on replacing a few panels on Pebble Beach, East of Trophy Wood Dr. The projected end date for the work is 2/8/21. This will not be major work like the last several projects done by Manning, but it will take care of the bulk of the issues Pebble Beach is having on that side of the street.

Beginning Monday, January 04, 2021 - Manning Construction will continue to perform panel replacements along Inverness Drive throughout the month of January. The addresses affected will be 335-325 Inverness, which covers the east and west sides of Trophy Wood. Trophy Wood is NOT a part of the construction and will not be affected by it. There are 2 message boards currently positioned stating that there is to be “No Thru Traffic” on Inverness to Trophy Wood (and vice versa), since a large portion, up to the intersection, will be a one-lane road.

Beginning Monday, January 11, 2021 - Manning Construction will continue to perform panel replacements along Meadowbrook Drive throughout the month of January. The entire scope of the project will be between the addresses of 19 – 49 Meadowbrook Drive, with the major work will be done from 39 – 49. There will also be a few smaller patches in different areas on Meadowbrook Drive.
