Trophy Club, TX (April 05, 2021) –The Town has contracted with EMC Research, an external independent public opinion research firm, to create a survey designed to seek to gauge residents’ priorities in Trophy Club. In order to ensure the Town’s priorities are aligned with the needs of our residents, we need to know what you think. Each Trophy Club household has been mailed a short, confidential survey and your participation is EXTREMELY important for this survey to be a success.
”The Town plans to use the survey results to help prioritize budgeting for capital improvement projects, improve customer service, and to focus on particular issues that residents feel are most important to them and the community,” stated Town Manager Steve Norwood.
Responses from the survey will remain completely confidential, only to be used for the purposes of the study, and will not be provided to any other parties or used in any other way.
“It’s so important for residents to participate in the survey,” said Mayor Alicia Fleury. “When you take part, you are helping guide our Town’s future.”
Only ONE (1) survey per address is allowed. The Town is asking respondents to answer ALL of the questions if possible. The survey is geared to take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and there are THREE ways to complete the survey:

MAIL: Complete the printed paper survey received in the mail and return it in the pre-paid addressed envelope – no postage is necessary.

ONLINE: Complete the survey online by visiting TrophyClubCitizenSurvey.com and entering the Survey ID code listed on the letter mailed to your home

PHONE: Complete the survey over the phone by calling 817.585.2809 and leaving your name, Survey ID code, and the best time of day to call back.
As a thank you for your time and participation, residents will be entered into a drawing to win a $200 VISA gift card upon completion of the Citizen Survey. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the drawing. Again, please limit ONE entry and ONE survey submission per household. The 2021 Citizen Survey is DUE MAY 05, 2021!
“Council and I are looking forward to reviewing the results and making plans to address the ideas and concerns our residents share,” said Mayor Fleury.
