TC WATER UPDATE- February 18, 2021:
As temperatures begin to rise above freezing, broken water lines could be discovered. To shut off the water supply to the hоmе, first lооk for the service ѕhutоff typically near the foundation of a home or in a flower bed. If unsuccessful, locate the water meter box located near the ѕtrееt and turn of the ball valve on the customer side of the meter. Below is a graphic to assist with locating the shutoff valve.
Please remember to call Trophy Club MUD No. 1 at 682-831-4600 for any water emergencies.

TC WATER UPDATE-February 18, 2021:
Good Morning. We understand that the various news stations are running the water boil alerts from the City of Fort Worth that list Trophy Club as one of the cities under the alert. Nothing has changed for Trophy Club at this time...Per the TC MUD No. 1, the water in Trophy Club is SAFE to drink and does NOT need to be boiled!
Ft. Worth provides water to several communities and is required to report the status of the water being sent. They do not track the quality or operation of each of these communities it sends to after it’s gone. The Trophy Club MUD No. 1 administers a secondary treatment to the water when it comes to town before it is sent to the end-user (homeowner). Again, this is not the case for all communities. For Trophy Club, the TC MUD No. 1 water operations NEVER LOST POWER, which allowed their operations and treatments to continue. All water in Trophy Club is provided by the TC MUD No. 1. Not everyone in TC is under the MUD, some are in the PID, but the bottom line is everyone receives water from them. The news stations are posting their information based on the list from Ft. Worth.
If you have any questions, please contact the MUD No. 1 directly at 682-831-4600 for water or wastewater emergencies. They are receiving higher numbers of calls during this time and appreciate your patience. http://tcmud.org/
TC WATER UPDATE- February 17, 2021:
We want to reiterate to our TC residents, the water in Trophy Club is safe to drink and does NOT need to be boiled despite what you see from the City of Fort Worth! Ft. They do not track the quality or operation of each of these communities it sends to after it’s gone. The Trophy Club MUD No. 1 administers a secondary treatment to the water when it comes to town before it is sent to the end-user (homeowner). Again, this is not the case for all communities. The TC MUD No. 1 would like to ask everyone to conserve water during this time due to the power outages and freezing temps as it has made it difficult for Fort Worth to keep up with the demand. What you are seeing in other cities and towns is NOT what is happening in Trophy Club. At this time there is no reason for the TC MUD No. 1 to stop receiving water from Ft. Worth. If this becomes a possibility, it will be communicated with you as soon as possible. In the event it does come to that, the TC MUD No. 1 has enough water in their towers to sustain Trophy Club for a few days. That being said, again, PLEASE CONSERVE YOUR ENERGY AND WATER! Every little bit helps!

The City of Fort Worth has extended the boil water advisory to our area. HOWEVER, the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 treats the water received from Fort Worth and want to assure the residents of Trophy Club that the TC MUD No.1 customers' water is still SAFE.
Power outages and freezing temperatures have made it difficult for Fort Worth Water to keep up with demand and the TC MUD No. 1 is asking everyone to conserve water as they work through these issues. Thank you for your patience.
