Trophy Club, TX (November 2020) – The Town of Trophy Club is improving transparency by making public records easily accessible to the public. Requestors of public information will now be able to submit Public Information Requests through an online system. While other methods for submitting requests are still available, The Town of Trophy Club is excited to be able to offer a more convenient option.
The Town of Trophy Club chose JustFOIA to assist with streamlining our public information records request process for our citizens, and the public in order to improve efficiencies externally and internally.
By implementing this solution, Leticia Vacek, Town Secretary at the Town of Trophy Club said, “We will move into the 21st Century of not having to maintain data on an excel spreadsheet. All data will reside within the cloud-based solution and staff will have access to login and upload the records requested which will streamline our antiquated process in order to better manage, and track public records requests. Requestors will create an account and see the progress on their requested record(s) using a dashboard”.
