Staff is currently working on Indian Creek Drive, 75 feet southwest of Trophy Club Drive, replacing four (4) street panels. Staff will then re-locate to the location in front of 984 Trophy Club Drive and continue work until roughly Pebble Beach or Hillcrest Court.
The total replacement is estimated to be about 20 panels when complete. These panels are being replaced due to debilitated voids (potholes) caused by subsurface drainage (excessive flooding due to broken storm drains, water or sewer pipes, or open elements at the surface).
As this work continues half of the road work must and will remain open for access purposes. The estimated time frame for each panel replacement will be between 2 ½ – 3 ½ weeks from the smallest to the largest site.
