Trophy Club, TX (January 281, 2020) – On Tuesday, January 28th the Town of Trophy Club launched a newly enhanced Citizen Self Service (CSS) software with its online land management and permitting system called EnerGov.
From planning, permitting, and licensing to asset management and resident requests, the industry-leading EnerGov™ platform uses GIS to automate and connect critical processes, streamline workflow, improve communication, and increase productivity from desk to field.
Improvements to the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal and commercial permit process are the largest component of this upgrade. So what new improvements can you expect you ask?
- Paper applications are no longer required to be filled out and uploaded into the system.
- Initial plan submittals are no longer a two-step process.
- It is now easier to find and correct the necessary revisions in CSS.
- Final Inspection documentation is easier to upload into CSS.
Permit or plan applicants can access the CSS portal from a computer, tablet or smartphone to create a new account, apply for permits, make payments online, request inspections, create new development cases and view real-time data. Residents can access the CSS portal without an account to view limited information regarding development activity.
“Thank you for your patience as we create improvements to the system and for your continued commitment to the Town of Trophy Club,” said Tommy Uzee, Director of Community Development. “We will continue to implement more updates in the future as we work to implement other ideas and feedback we receive.”
