Have you ever wanted to climb on the ladder truck? Maybe learn how we use the jaws of life? You are in luck because the Trophy Club Fire Department is hosting their 2021 Citizen's Fire Academy!
The Citizen’s Fire Academy is a great opportunity to learn more about what our TCFD does! Participants will receive an inside look at day-to-day department operations and cover a variety of topics including Fire and EMS ops, CPR and first aid, fire investigations, motor vehicle extrication, and live fire training! It will be very INFORMATIVE, and extremely FUN! You don’t want to miss out!
The CFA is a month long program, with classes taking place on Thursday nights from 7 to 9 PM, starting September 02 through October 04. In addition, there will be one Saturday morning class scheduled for an opportunity to fight a LIVE fire at a training facility. The program is open to anyone 18 and up who live in Trophy Club AND it's FREE!
