June 30, 2023:
Concrete pouring will take place Friday, June 30, 2023, to complete the street portion of the pour at the intersection of Trophy Club Drive / Bobcat Blvd / Mossman Lane, specifically at the former gas well site 8H.
This concrete pour will happen during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, and there should be no additional disruptions caused. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our community's infrastructure.

June 23, 2023 - UPDATE:
The Concrete pour scheduled for June 23, 2023, at former gas well site 8H, at the intersection of Trophy Club Dr./Bobcat Blvd./Mossman Ln., has been CANCELED due to concrete delivery complications.
A noise permit has been approved to accommodate a rescheduled early morning concrete pour on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, between 3:00 am and 7:00 am.

A noise permit has been approved to accommodate an early morning concrete pour between 4:00 am and 7:00 am on Friday, June 23rd.
In light of the summer heat and temperatures, the Town engineers have recommended this variance to Town staff, inspectors, and Council. We understand that the timing may be earlier than usual, but it is necessary to ensure the quality and integrity of the new town infrastructure and street.
The concrete pour will take place at the intersection of Trophy Club Drive/Bobcat Blvd / Mossman Lane, specifically at the former gas well site 8H. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our community's infrastructure.
