The Council Corner page is set up to provide quick access to the Town Council Agenda and Future Agenda list.
The Trophy Club Town Council generally begins with Announcements and Reports, followed by Public Comments, Consent Agenda, Individual Items, and then Executive Session.
The public is always welcome and invited to attend meetings! Town Council Meetings are also available to watch live on YouTube (@TrophyClubGov) or on the Town's Facebook Page (@TrophyClubGov).

Town Council Agenda:
The business of each meeting shall be as contained in the agenda in the order established by the Mayor. The Town Secretary is responsible for preparing the agenda and providing a draft to the Town Council of the topics to be considered each Friday preceding the Tuesday Council Meeting.
The agenda may provide for a work session immediately preceding the regular Council Meeting in order to allow Town Council discussion and questions related to one or more of the items posted on the regular Town Council Agenda.

We appreciate your keen interest in the Trophy Club Town Council Meetings. This page will provide summary recaps highlighting the prominent topics discussed during the Town Council meetings.
Meeting recaps are typically posted to the website within two days after each meeting. Please note these are short action updates and are not intended to replace the official meeting minutes.
Town Council Future Items:
During Council meetings, future agenda items will be reviewed and removed if completed or added if new agenda items need to be addressed. Agenda Items have 3 Categories:
Council requested future agenda items that need to be addressed.
Researched agenda items that are scheduled to be reported to Council. (first 2-4 weeks)
Council requested items that need additional research and will be brought back for public discussion at a Council Meeting.
