CCPD Meeting Archives
Board and commission agenda packets and meeting minutes are all available and fully accessible on the cloud-based digital platform, Laserfiche.
Agendas are available to view before meetings at www.trophyclub.org/agenda. Agendas are also posted on the bulletin board outside of Trophy Club Town Hall within 72 hours in advance of meetings.
In addition, you can sign up for TC Alerts, and enroll in the Meetings & Agendas Group for reminders of upcoming board/commission meetings. These reminders are sent directly through the Town's mass notification system along with a link to the meetings' agenda.
Prior to 2021, recordings of Town board and commission meetings were primarily audio-recorded, with few exceptions. Town staff then uploaded and stored meeting audio recordings to Soundcloud, a cloud-based digital storage system.
It has come to our attention that not all CCPD audio files were uploaded on a consistent basis for archival and reference purposes over the years. While the town is not required to provide audio recordings of board and commission meetings, staff is dedicated to transparency in all functions and is working to centralize both audio and video recordings of CCPD meetings to one location.
With the exception of one Joint Town Council and CCPD Meeting in 2015, video recordings of board and commission meetings did not begin until 2021. Meetings are now video recorded and posted within 2-3 business days of the meeting on the Town of Trophy Club YouTube channel @TrophyClubGov. To ease accessibility, video recordings are uploaded to a Board Meeting Replay specific playlist.
If you are interested in watching a video recording of the Crome Control & Prevention District, simply visit the Board Meeting Replay - Crime Control & Prevention District (CCPD) playlist to view past meetings.
Similar to audio files, the town is not required to provide video recordings of board and commission meetings, however, staff is dedicated to transparency in all functions and is working to centralize both audio and video recordings of CCPD meetings to one location.
Thank you for your support.
