The Town of Trophy Club adheres to a strict regulatory framework surrounding ethics and conduct related to city employees, elected officials, appointed officials, and vendors. The Departments of Finance, Human Resources, and Town Secretary's Office have joined together to create one location for reporting in the spirit of transparency.
The conflict of interest law covers all municipal employees, elected or appointed officials, full or part-time, paid or unpaid. The law also regulates the activities of former employees and partners of current and former employees.
The purpose of the conflict law is to ensure that private interests do not conflict with public obligations. The law is broadly written for prevention from becoming involved in a situation which could result in a conflict or even give the appearance of a conflict.
The following is list a current elected and appointed Council, Board and Commission officials currently holding seats in the Town of Trophy Club governmental system that have identified/completed a Conflict Disclosure form.
