Mayoral Welcome
Trophy Club has so much to offer and over the years has become a safe, quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. From the moment you drive into our unique community, the winding roads and beautifully landscaped medians give you the feeling of home. "Slow Down, You Move Too Fast," so the song goes. Trophy Club provides a great place to do just that - it’s a “Great Place to Call Home.”
Centrally located along the Highway 114 - DFW to Alliance Corridor, Trophy Club delicately balances small-town charm with quick, convenient access to big-city shopping, dining, and amenities. When the distractions of daily life deplete your energy - slow down - don't eliminate the thing you need the most: quiet, reflective time. Time to dream, time to think. Trophy Club provides over 14 miles of trails, 1,000 acres of parks, lakes, and ballfields. Enjoy the serenity and beauty of nature that our town offers. Slow down long enough to really get to know your neighbors (maybe even your family) and encounter everyday epiphanies.
Driving down the tree-lined streets you will see why Trophy Club has been named Tree City, USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation for 13 years. While the town is active in planning for the future, we acknowledge and appreciate our past. Being a Country Club Community that is Golf Cart friendly, the town is centered around the only Golf Course ever designed by golfing legend Ben Hogan. The Club offers two challenging 18-hole golf courses with great views and luxury facilities.
Our town is growing and we currently have a population of around 13,000. Trophy Club is home to four Northwest Independent School District (NISD) schools, and providing quality education has become a major draw to the community. Academically, NISD has received a state accountability rating of “Recognized” for many years, and the two Elementary Schools, one Middle School, and one High School in town consistently boast new achievements in the Arts, Athletics, and Academics. Byron Nelson High School had over 3,000 students enrolled in 2016 and its athletic programs have produced a State Champion Girls Golf team in 2013 and a State Champion Boys Soccer Team in 2014, USA Today National Volleyball Champions in 2019, not to mention national honors for the Bobcat Solar Car Team and Culinary Arts program.
Trophy Club offers a hometown atmosphere and is consistently recognized as a safe and healthy community by various publications in our area. When the world around you is moving at warp speed, slow down to visit "Our Town"……it can become "Your Town" too!
