Support Services
The Support Services Division is a division that provides assets and services above and beyond Community Policing efforts. The Support Services Division oversees community policing, neighborhood watch, traffic enforcement, accident investigations, and crime suppression efforts. The Support Services Division also focuses on highly visible enforcement of traffic laws, including speed limits in school zones, problem areas in neighborhoods and rush hour traffic. Members of the Support Services Division are also highly-trained in the technical aspects of accident investigation and reconstruction.

Animal Control
The Police Department operates the animal shelter in Trophy Club, which is managed by an Animal Control Officer.

Fingerprinting
The Denton County Sheriff’s Department offers Fingerprinting Services one day a week at an IdentoGO location. IdentoGO offers nationwide retail locations featuring state of the art electronic fingerprint capture capabilities as well as other identity-related products and services. Open Records Requests
The Trophy Club Police Department maintains records generated from police action or response of the Trophy Club Police including arrest, offense, and accident reports.

School Crossing Guards
Crossing Guards are assigned to crosswalks where our school children cross our busiest streets. School Crossing Guards are equipped with signs and identifying clothing and motorists are required to obey the Crossing Guards like they would obey a peace officer.

School Resource Officer
The Police Department and Northwest Independent School District partner to provide a School Resource Officer to serve the four NISD schools in Trophy Club.

Vacation Patrol Requests
Regardless of whether you are going on an extended vacation, just leaving for the weekend, or have a concern about the security of your home, you can request a Close Patrol (Vacation Watch) on your residence or business.

Take Me Home Program
Originally developed in Pensacola, Florida PD, the Take Me Home program was designed to be helpful to individuals who have difficulty communicating, as well as individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, developmental or cognitive disabilities as well as senior citizens who may suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s.
