- Get Involved
The Trophy Club Police Department recognizes the importance of involving the public to help combat crime and increase the quality of life as well as police service in our community. With that philosophy in mind, we look to increase our community partnerships while continuing to develop several community-based ventures and programs.
Citizens on Patrol
The Trophy Club Citizens on Patrol consists of volunteers who have completed the Citizen’s Police Academy as well as additional training to prepare them to drive a Town vehicle, observing and reporting on suspicious activity.
The Trophy Club police and fire departments enjoy working with the community. Citizen's time and dedication to the TC organization are invaluable, and the relationships and friendships that are created are irreplaceable. The NEWLY COMBINED Trophy Club Citizen Academy has been designed to provide community members with a working knowledge of the police and fire departments. Citizen Academy graduates gain valuable insight into each department while having fun and meeting new people.
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is also a volunteer group that is trained to respond to emergencies and assist the Police and Fire Departments in various ways.
National Night Out Against Crime
Every year on the first Tuesday in October, neighborhoods through Trophy Club are invited to join forces with the Trophy Club Police Department and thousands of communities nationwide for the Annual National Night Out Against Crime.
There are numerous benefits to participation in a Neighborhood Watch Program. No area is immune to crime but neighbors working together is one of the principle ways that a community can fight back.
Trophy Club Emergency Volunteer Association (TCEVA)
The TCEVA serves under the umbrellas of both the Trophy Club Police and Fire Departments. It is a 501(c)(3) organization that utilizes its funds to support Trophy Club’s first responders through the purchase of equipment, supplies, and training, as well as participation in various programs.
