Swim Lesson Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement Weatherrainy day swim

All swim lessons will occur rain or shine. Lessons continue when it is raining unless we have thunder and lightning present or the bottom of the pool is not visible. Weather cancellations are often made at the last minute due to fluctuations and quickly changing weather patterns. Instructors will email participants approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled swim lesson if lessons are to be canceled due to inclement weather. 

Please do not call the pool phone as no one is available until normal pool hours. Participants can also check the Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Facebook page for cancellations. The P&R Facebook page will be the first thing updated before an email is sent to each participant. We encourage you to follow us on Facebook for the most current updates.

Make-up Lessons

No make-ups for classes missed by a student are offered. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to make-up the lesson on the following Friday (also weather permitting).
