The Trophy Club Fire Department focuses our public cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education on the American Heart Association’s Hands-Only CPR. The victim of a heart attack’s survival rate diminishes rapidly every minute until they receive medical care. Immediate and uninterrupted chest compressions given to the victim before an ambulance arrives gives that victim a much better chance of survival.
Learning Hands-Only CPR is fast and easy. The Trophy Club Fire Department offers free Hands-Only CPR demonstrations at special events and community programs throughout the year. If you would like to schedule a 15-to-20-minute Hands-Only CPR demonstration at your next gathering of ten people or more, please fill out the Special Event/Public Education Request Form below.
