The Town of Trophy Club employs 75+ full time and 15+ part-time employees (August 2015), serving the Town's 12,000+ residents and 30+ businesses.
The Town's departments and divisions' purpose is to support the Town's mission: To maintain Trophy Club’s standing as a premier residential community by protecting and promoting the interests of its residents, businesses, and property owners. We do this by being an exemplary model of safety and security, infrastructure and development, beautification, administrative and transparency, and employee development.
Trophy Club Town Hall is located at 1 Trophy Wood Drive in Trophy Club, Texas. The Town of Trophy Club also has office and workspace at three Public Buildings: Fire Station, Parks Operations Building, and the Town Hall Building.

The Police Department operates the animal shelter in Trophy Club, which is managed by an Animal Control Officer.
Communications & Marketing
The Communications Director is charged with managing day-to-day communications from the town to a variety of audiences.
Our mission is to serve all persons in a positive and courteous manner and help ensure that Trophy Club continues to be a healthy, safe, attractive, and enjoyable place to live, work, or visit.
Trophy Club is focused on strengthening the relationships with existing business owners, as well as assisting new businesses with relocation to Trophy Club.
The mission of the Finance Department is to provide the highest quality financial management, support, fiduciary oversight, and public accountability to the citizens and community of Trophy Club and its designated officials.
The Trophy Club Fire Department has fifteen professional firefighters, who are all also certified as Paramedics.

Trophy Club Municipal Court is committed to providing those we serve with high-quality customer service that is effective, efficient, and delivered in a professional environment, while accomplishing the duties incumbent upon it by the Town of Trophy Club Charter and the laws of the State of Texas, thereby earning and maintaining the public's respect, confidence and satisfaction.
Parks & Recreation
The mission of the Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Department is to preserve and enhance the residents exceptional quality of life through the planning, maintaining and landscaping of parks, common areas and median and to engage the citizenry by offering a variety of recreational and athletic opportunities and special events.
The mission of the Trophy Club Police Department is to promote and maintain a safe and peaceful community and enforce all laws without prejudice or bias, utilizing proactive partnerships to anticipate and meet the challenges of our changing environment.
Town Manager's Office
The Town of Trophy Club has a Council-Manager form of government. The Town Manager serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Town of Trophy Club.
Town Secretary's Office
The Town Secretary is one of 4 Chartered Positions Appointed by the Mayor and Council. The Town Secretary also serves as the Records Management Officer (RMO). Said Officer provides Legislative Support to the Mayor and Council as well as carries out Administrative Functions of the Town. Serves as the Town's Chief Elections Officer; oversees and facilitates the Board Appointments of the Mayor and Council; and oversees the Records Management functions for the Town of Trophy Club.
