Interested in learning about the “real” world of Law Enforcement and policing Trophy Club style?  Join the Trophy Club Police Department (TCPD) as a member of the 2014 Spring Citizen’s Police Academy, which starts on:

March 27 at 7:00 p.m.

Classes run for 11 weeks and are every Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., or until the last question is asked - whichever is later. (The last class will be held on Wednesday, June 4th from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at the Denton County Sheriff's Department.)

Each year, the Town hosts various events intended to unite friends, family, and neighbors in celebration. On Saturday, November 9, 2013, Urban Shield and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) jointly hosted a series of full-scale mock disaster exercises aimed at assessing and promoting the capabilities of local professional emergency management plans, first responders and their equipment, and community response initiatives.  Both the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth were involved in this program, with eight mirrored scenarios occurring at the same time in locations near each metropolitan area.  Scenarios were varied and covered a…

Recently, several Trophy Club residents submitted logo concepts for consideration as the next Town of Trophy Club logo (logos A - I pictured below). Additionally, logos developed by Town staff that were placed on the Town's Facebook page and sent out on Survey Monkey (logo J). Below are the logos submitted by residents and the top logo designed by staff that generated the highest favorability on the survey and Facebook. Based on feedback and community branding best practices, the Town Council will consider a new Town of Trophy Club logo in January…

The Trophy Club Emergency Volunteer Association (TCEVA) has waited a long time to unveil the new reflective graphics on the group’s emergency response trailer…and the trailer looks AWESOME!

In the fall of 2012, the police department approached the Byron Nelson High School (BNHS) art department to help develop graphics for the side of the trailer.
