The Trophy Club municipal offices will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2014 in observance of Memorial Day. Trash and recycling will run as regularly scheduled. The municipal offices will re-open for regular business hours on Tuesday, May 27.
In proud recognition of those who have given the greatest sacrifice for the benefit of us all, thank you to America's heroes.

The Community Clean Up event is next weekend and many residents recently cleaned out closets for the biannual Garage Sale. As spring cleaning and outdoor activities commence, please make sure trash and recycling refuse is properly handled in order to keep the Trophy Club community looking clean and beautiful.
Trash collection is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays each week, while recycling is picked up on Fridays only.

The Trophy Club Fire Department (TCFD), along with 14 neighboring northeast Tarrant County fire departments, received the 2013 Lone Star Achievement Award at the Texas Fire Chief's annual conference in February. The award was given to the Northeast Fire Department Association (NEFDA), of which TCFD is a member. TCFD received the crystal award (pictured) on May 8, 2014.

The Texas Comptroller’s office has named Trophy Club as one of only 39 municipalities in Texas to achieve their new Platinum award for financial transparency in the Texas Comptroller Leadership Circle. The Platinum designation was implemented this year and spotlights entities that go above and beyond regarding financial transparency. The award recognizes local governments across Texas that implement a high level of online financial transparency by providing taxpayers with a detailed picture of government spending in a user-friendly format.

The Trophy Club Police Department has received a report by a resident of a telephone scam that was recently attempted on him. The resident advised he received a phone message from a female identifying herself as Myers and that he had won $100,000. Myers continued by telling him to call her back to receive the cash. The number provided was from a 916 area code. The resident called back and spoke with Myers who advised him to go to any convenience store and purchase a $500 authorization card. Once done, she would transfer the money to that card.…
