The Town of Trophy Club is celebrating 30 years of incorporation January 19, 2015. To celebrate the milestone, the Town appointed citizens to an anniversary committee, which has been working hard to create events for the community to celebrate the Town’s birthday throughout the year. The committee has planned large and small events throughout the year and everyone is welcome!

To kick the year off right, the committee is holding an art contest to get the youth involved. Any student in grades 4th — 12th attending one of the Trophy Club…

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service presents the 'Watch UR BAC program’ — November 19 & 20

The Watch UR BAC (pronounced “Watch Your Back,”) program teaches students about alcohol misuse, dangers of impaired driving, and friends watching out for friends. Beck Elementary Principal, Sandy Conklin, and Parent Teacher Association announced the adoption of a stray bulldog on Tuesday, August 26. Students were introduced to the adoptee as they entered for the first day of class. Beck Elementary students will learn how to be responsible pet owners as they provide Beck’s new Bulldog a loving forever home!

A contest to name the bulldog begins Tuesday, August 26. Contest participation is exclusive to Beck students and a panel of Beck staff, students and PTA members, will decide on the final name.…

August 8th through 10th is Texas’ Annual Sales Tax Holiday weekend when consumers can save big on exempted items purchased throughout the State. Dates for this event are set by the State Legislature through Texas Administrative Code 34 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.365 and exempts most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks priced under $100 from sales and use taxes when purchased during this one weekend, alone.

Join the Bobcat cheerleaders for their annual community-wide Meet the Bobcats Pep-Rally at Byron Nelson High School (2775 Bobcat Blvd.) on August 21, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Meet the Bobcats is Byron Nelson’s largest back to school event, featuring all fall sports at the high school. Meet the Bobcats also includes BYFA Football and cheer. Please do not be alarmed at an increased police presence at BNHS on Monday, June 23 through Thursday, June 26. Several agencies will be conducting active shooter training at the school.

Beginning Monday June 23rd, the Trophy Club Police Department will host four days of training at Byron Nelson High School (BNHS). Other participating agencies include Argyle, Keller, Northlake, Roanoke and Southlake.
