Trophy Club shares a border with hundreds of acres of natural, undeveloped property that is home to a large wildlife population. Many variables, including weather, climate changes, the season, human behavior, etc can cause the wildlife to move into residential neighborhoods seeking shelter, food and water sources. These animals, although sometimes a nuisance, are generally not a danger to humans or pets (and want to avoid people as much as people want to avoid them).

Independence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day honors both the founding fathers and military veterans who have fought to defend Americans freedoms from any and all threats. The National holiday features fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, and political speeches and ceremonies.

Join us for the biggest annual event in Trophy Club - the July 4th Independence Celebration! From the 5K, to the Parade and the Festival with Fireworks - Trophy Club truly embraces our Nation's birthday with Pride and Patriotism.

Parade

The Parade of Patriots begins at 9:30 a.m. at Byron Nelson High School (BNHS). The parade will exit BNHS to Bobcat and turn right on Trophy Club Drive, right on Durango, right on Parkview and ends at BNHS.

The Dallas Morning News (DMN) recently published the areas 10 Healthiest Neighborhoods and, although Trophy Club did not make the list, the Town was certainly well represented. The 10 healthiest communities were ranked according to four key factors:

  • Walking and biking trails
  • Pollution
  • Exercise facilities
  • Availability of healthy food
