In Preparation for Move to New Town Hall, Council Looks at Future Community Use of Existing Annex Building
As planning for the new Trophy Club Town Hall moves forward, the Town Council has begun to examine possible uses for the Annex (Public Services) Building where the majority of Town Staff currently office. Council is looking to the future and how the building could best serve the citizens, including converting the structure into a community space, such as meeting rooms, classroom space or a senior activity center. The Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team is coming to Southlake on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Bob Jones Park. The one day slow-pitch softball tournament at Bob Jones Softball Park features over 25 local teams, the world-famous Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team (WWAST) and a pro athlete team. Wounded Warriors play on local teams consisting of high school players.The tournament culminates with two headline games: Wounded Warrior team playing against (1) the high school team that wins the tourney and (2) the pro athlete team.

Parks and Recreation is offering an excited new program for 2016 - The Arts Truck and Trailer – dancing and art classes for kids ages 5-12. This newly designed, fully equipped, mobile fine art studio provides a dedicated space for students to participate in dance and art without having to leave Trophy Club! Instructor Heather Cordova is ready to teach your kids how to use their imaginations through art and how to move in rhythm through dance.

Etiquette at a dog park? Yes!
If everyone takes some simple steps, going to the park can be a good experience for all. We also have a toddler park very close to the dog park and it’s not only ensuring the safety of our dogs but also little ones who are nearby. Know the rules and follow them! Simple, right?

The Reindeer Romp is a 5K and 1 Mile Run scheduled for the morning of Saturday, December 5th, and we anticipate traffic delays due to the large number of participants. The race partners expect approximately 4,000 runners and have cut off registration for the race due to the high volume of runners impacting Trophy Club roadways. The 5K route is the same as the July 4th 5K (see graphic below). The 1 Mile Run route goes around BNHS and should not impact traffic. The Reindeer Romp benefits Northwest ISD PE Departments.
