Please be advised that conditions on roadways are extremely treacherous and if at all possible please stay home. We have received reports that SH 114 is closed in both directions from FM 1709 in Southlake to Trophy Club Drive, and SH 114 at Marshall Creek Bridge is a sheet of ice and the westbound side is currently closed. Northwest ISD (NISD) has closed all campusus and facilities tomorrow, Tuesday, December 10. NISD has also cancelled all events and activities.   Trophy Club Municipal Offices and facilities will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, December 10, as well. Due to inclement weather, the Find Santa 5K & Fun Run and Christmas Celebration at the Clock Tower have been CANCELLED.

The Find Santa 5K & Fun Run will be rescheduled to a later date and participants who pre-registered will be contacted with the new details once confirmed. The Christmas Celebration at the Clock Tower will not be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts with vendors and the NISD choir. We apologize for the inconvenience, but resident safety and providing a quality event is very important to us and with the upcoming weather…

In 2007, the Town of Trophy Club created the first municipally bonded Public Improvement District (PID) in the state of Texas, and on November 4, 2013 the Town Council approved the final two plats for The Highlands at Trophy Club only six years after the 697 acre PID development started. When the PID was created, about 7,067 residents called Trophy Club home. Today the estimated population is 10,326, and the growth over the past few years is primarily due to the creation of the PID.

We have a great opportunity for families and friends to come together for a volunteer outing that is actually FUN! On Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to noon, the four cities around Lake Grapevine, including Grapevine, Southlake, Flower Mound and Trophy Club will come together for a shoreline clean up of Lake Grapevine. The event is called Trash and Treasures, which is a Keep Texas Beautiful event.
