One of the best eateries around is right here in Trophy Club! The Byron Nelson High School (BNHS) Byron Bistro features a seasonal menu that changes weekly — and the food is delicious. Open for lunch on Wednesday & Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Byron Bistro serves exotic foods with the freshest ingredients, including a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, hot dishes and deserts.
