Update (March 30, 2016) --- Last night the Town Council considered the proposed PD-30 amendments, as well as P&Z recommendations brought forward from the March 24th meeting. After negotiating with the development team on a variety of topics, the Town Council voted 6-1 to approve the PD-30 amendments with P&Z’s recommendations and several conditions, including:

  • required a minimum of two enhanced paving features (wide speed bumps) to be installed on the roadway in front of the hotel at intersecting roads in order to slow traffic

On October 13, 2015, the Trophy Club Town Council approved amendments to the Town’s sign regulation ordinance that affects the use of signs/sign placement in Trophy Club. The Town regulates signs in order to provide a balanced system of signage throughout the town, help facilitate communication, promote public safety, minimize visual clutter and enhance property values and business opportunities within Trophy Club. Update (October 1, 2015) --- The Town Council adopted the FY15-16 Town Budget on September 22, 2015. The formal budget is currently under development, but the approved budget is available for review. The FY15-16 budget is based on a $0.484/$100 valuation tax rate, which is a $0.006 reduction over last years tax rate.
