The July 4th Celebration is Trophy Club’s largest event of the year and we love celebrating our red, white and blue roots! We have a full day of fun, Patriotic events planned on Monday, July 4, 2016!
At the Council meeting on April 26th, the Town Council announced and recognized six Trophy Club residents who were nominated by peers in the community for the 2015 Citizen of the Year honor. All six nominees had outstanding volunteer backgrounds and make huge impacts on the community, schools, neighborhoods and various organizations they serve. Congratulations to all nominees — we are so proud to have such fantastic citizens in Trophy Club!

Get your family together and join our community up at the high school for a fun night out while supporting a great cause! Byron Nelson High School’s PTSA is hosting Taste & Talent on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Festivities will include Tastes from local restaurants and chefs, Talent from students as well as community members, an Art Show, Interactive Exhibits, supervised activities for toddlers through primary grade schoolers and a fantastic Silent Auction. The Bi-annual Community Clean Up events are scheduled for Saturday, May 7 (spring) and Saturday, October 15 (fall), from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Byron Nelson High School northwest parking lot. All Trophy Club residents (please bring proof of residency) are welcome to drop off unwanted items during the event, which is hosted by Republic Services. The service includes the Crud Cruiser for unwanted household hazardous waste products, large dumpsters, electronic recycling, and document shredding.

Trophy Club was founded on resident volunteerism, and that tradition remains strong today with many community leaders working behind the scenes to make Trophy Club 'A Great Place to Call Home'. Citizen of the Year (COY) Recognition showcases the people who go above and beyond to make Trophy Club better and provides formal acknowledgment of deserving individuals.

At the February 9th meeting, the Town Council proclaimed February 16, 2016 as ‘Dennis McCreary Day’ in Trophy Club. Mr. McCreary recently retired from the Northwest Independent School District (NISD) as the Assistant Superintendent for Facilities, Planning & Construction. Dennis completed 16 years of service with NISD and 30 years of service in Public Education.

Calling all Trophy Club Citizens! The BNHS FFA Chapter is putting on an Operation Gratitude Collection Drive for our Military and their families.
Every year, Operation Gratitude sends 150,000+ individually addressed care packages to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines deployed overseas, to their children left behind, and to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors and their Care Givers. Each package contains food, hygiene products, entertainment and handmade items, as well as personal letters of support.
