As elected officials and public servants, the Trophy Club Town Council & Staff are always looking at ways to make the community better. Animal Shelter Advisory Board

The Animal Shelter Advisory Board is charged with working with staff to set standards for the town's animal shelter and the care of animals, and to provide periodic reports to the Texas Department of Health.

TxDOT Proposes Plans to Expand SH 114, Build Sound Walls

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) plans to start the SH 114 expansion project later this year, which also includes two sections of sound wall to help buffer highway traffic noise. A TxDOT Public Meeting has been scheduled for March 1 to provide project information and solicit public comment. TxDOT plans to add an interior lane in both directions from Kirkwood to Trophy Lake Drive, and an interchange at SH 170 and Parrish Lane. Deadline extended to April 12th — please submit a deserving resident for 2015 Citizen of the Year!

Trophy Club was founded on resident volunteerism, and that tradition remains strong today with many community leaders working behind the scenes to make Trophy Club 'A Great Place to Call Home'. At the February 9th meeting, the Town Council proclaimed February 16, 2016 as ‘Dennis McCreary Day’ in Trophy Club. Mr. McCreary recently retired from the Northwest Independent School District (NISD) as the Assistant Superintendent for Facilities, Planning & Construction. Dennis completed 16 years of service with NISD and 30 years of service in Public Education.

Calling all Trophy Club Citizens! The BNHS FFA Chapter is putting on an Operation Gratitude Collection Drive for our Military and their families.

Every year, Operation Gratitude sends 150,000+ individually addressed care packages to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines deployed overseas, to their children left behind, and to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors and their Care Givers. Each package contains food, hygiene products, entertainment and handmade items, as well as personal letters of support.
