Update (July 11, 2014) --- In the next week or two Oncor will begin the transmission line project in Trophy Club, starting with clearing the easement under the existing lines. The tree trimming crew will come through and remove anything within 30 feet from the center of the easement in order for crews to work safely with large equipment. After the trees are cleared/trimmed, Oncor will dig 30-foot-deep holes for the piers, which are reinforced with rebar before pouring the pier. Effective July 1, Trophy Club residents will notice a new water rate applied to their bill with changes to both the base rate and price per gallons used. The Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 (TC MUD) Board approved an amended rate order on May 20, 2014. Since the Town purchases water from TC MUD to service residents in the Public Improvement District (PID), the Town is obligated by local ordinance to abide by the rate increases as substantiated by TC MUD. Happy Independence Day, Trophy Club!
The Trophy Club Municipal Offices will be closed on July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The Municipal Building will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7th.
If you plan to spend the July 4th holiday in town, please make sure to join us for the annual Independence Day Festivities, including the Patriot 5K & Fun Run, the Parade of Patriots and the Celebration & Fireworks!

SHELTER – FIRE STATION
With many homes without power since about 1:50 p.m. today, we have opened the Fire Station to residents who need a cool place to wait/stay until power is restored. There are cots for beds, but please bring sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, etc. For questions or more information, please call 682-831-4630.

Please do not be alarmed at an increased police presence at BNHS on Monday, June 23 through Thursday, June 26. Several agencies will be conducting active shooter training at the school.
Beginning Monday June 23rd, the Trophy Club Police Department will host four days of training at Byron Nelson High School (BNHS). Other participating agencies include Argyle, Keller, Northlake, Roanoke and Southlake.
