Update (July 31, 2014) --- Until all grading, drainage and fencing is complete, the small side of the dog park will remain closed. The training area located in the center of the dog park will be designated for small dogs only during playground construction.
Update (July 15, 2014) --- Crews will begin grading work next Tuesday, July 22, at which time the small dog area will be closed until fencing can be reinstalled. The training area will serve as the small dog park beginning Wednesday, July 23.

Next year marks the Town of Trophy Club's 30th anniversary and the Town Council is looking for residents to serve on an ad-hoc committee to plan a community-wide celebration. The 30th Anniversary Committee will set its own meeting schedule and any Trophy Club resident is welcome to assist.

Lake Cities Church of Christ will host their summer Vacation Bible School, GENESIS- In the Beginning, June 15 to June 18 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Lake Cities building, located at 280 Indian Creek Drive.
At Lake Cities Church of Christ, Vacation Bible School is an event for the entire family! From two years old to adult, there is a class for every age group. Classes will wrap up each night with community praise and songs, along with reenactments of stories in a musical format!

At the Monday, June 2 meeting the Town Council voted unanimously to change regularly scheduled meetings to the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in order to accommodate elected official work schedules. The new meeting schedule will begin on Tuesday, July 22, which will be the only Council meeting held in July. The Town Council previously met on the first and third Monday of each month.

Northwest ISD and Communities In Schools of North Texas are working together to organize the Second Annual Northwest Back to School Fair on Saturday, August 9, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Northwest High School, located at 2301 Texan Drive, Justin, TX 76247.
