At the April 12, 2016 Council meeting, the Town Council appointed Michael Pipkins to the Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z). Michael has been a resident of Trophy Club for two years and has 29 years of industry experience as a seasoned architect. Throughout his career Michael has worked with other communities as an architect presenting to various community boards, design committees and city/county planning commissions. His diverse portfolio includes experience with high rise construction, hospitality additions and expansions, casino expansions and remodels, multi-story parking garages, bank buildings, restaurants, general commercial, government/education and miscellaneous residential development. Michael has a solid understanding of local zoning ordinances, HOA’s and is familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order.
