The Byron Nelson High School (BNHS) Homecoming Parade & Pep Rally is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30th and the entire community is invited to celebrate! The parade is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. followed by the Pep Rally at BNHS Stadium at approximately 7:30 p.m. — 8:00 p.m.

Traffic will be impacted by the parade, so please plan accordingly.

Staging for the Community Parade begins at Medlin Middle School at 5:00 p.m. and parade floats are scheduled to depart Medlin at 6:15 p.m. All parade route roads will be closed to vehicular traffic (exception below) while the parade is on that portion of the route. Police will open intersections and roadways once the parade has moved past any given access point along the route. Road closures ensure the safety of drivers, parade participants and pedestrians gathering to watch the parade.

The only portion of the parade route that will remain open is the northbound (outside) lane of Trophy Club Drive from Durango to Galloway Drive in order to allow vehicular ingress and egress to The Highlands neighborhoods. This portion will be controlled/monitored by police and traffic management volunteers.

All emergency services will remain available to those areas impacted by the parade.
