UPDATE (February 10, 2014 at 11:00 p.m.) --- Due to icey conditions on roadways and bridges, Trophy Club Municipal Offices will be closed Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Please stay off roadways if possible.

Weather permitting, Allied Waste anticipates that trash collection will run as usual tomorrow.

UPDATE (February 6, 2014 10:05 p.m.) --- The Town follows NISD's inclement weather policy, therefore Trophy Club Municipal Offices will open at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow - Friday, February 7, 2014:

From Northwest ISD (NISD) Facebook Page --- NISD campuses and offices will have a two hour delay Friday, February 7 to allow for safe travel for students and staff. Campuses and offices will open at the following times:

Elementary Schools: 9:45 a.m.
High Schools: 10:35 a.m.
Middle Schools: 11:20 a.m.
District Office: 10 a.m.

Buses will operate normal routes.

Early this morning, the Streets Department sanded major intersections throughout town and the roundabout. Street crews are out evaluating road conditions and will resume sanding if necessary. The roads are slick and please stay home if at all possible.

Atmos is experiencing Metroplex-wide issues with gas pressure today. Atmos' Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) trucks have been taken to the refueling station and will return to TC as soon as drivers can get here. Atmos is estimating that service will be restored later today, but is not providing an exact time due to the weather and road conditions. Again, the low gas pressure issue is not confined to TC, but is Metrolpex-wide. Visit the Town’s Facebook page and website for updates.

UPDATE --- Atmos is in town with the Compressesd Natutal Gas (CNG) trucks and gas pressure is rising. Residents should have adequate gas pressure to operate appliances.

With the freezing temperatures and current gas pressure issues, we have opened the Fire Station to residents who need a warm place to stay.  There are cots for beds, but please bring sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, etc. For questions or more information, please call 682-831-4630.

Trophy Club Municipal Offices are closed for the remainder of today, Thursday, February 6, 2014 due to the winter weather. All essential personnel (Police-Fire-EMS) will report to work as usual. The Street Department will also report at 5:00 a.m. If Northwest ISD  closes tomorrow, Municipal offices may also be closed. Visit the Town’s Facebook page and website for updates.

Due to rapidly deteriorating road conditions in and around Trophy Club, all meetings scheduled for tonight, Thursday, February 6, 2014 have been cancelled.

The next Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2014.  All items on this evening’s agenda will be heard on February 20, 2014, including the Public Hearing scheduled for PD-30. The PD-30 public hearing will be republished in the newspaper and property owners within 200-ft. will be notified of the new date.
