--- This is a message from the Emergency Management Office ---

Saturday, December 7 at 11:20 a.m.
Please be advised that conditions on roadways are extremely treacherous and if at all possible please stay home. We have received reports that SH 114 is closed in both directions from FM 1709 in Southlake to Trophy Club Drive, and SH 114 at Marshall Creek Bridge is a sheet of ice and the westbound side is currently closed. Streets Crews have treated areas in Trophy Club with sand, but the situation calls for extreme caution on roadways, in and out of town. Emergency Services vehicles have chains on tires and personnel will continue to respond in case of emergency.

Updates will be posted on Facebook and Twitter, at @TrophyClubGov and we will be updating the website, www.trophyclub.org with the latest information.

Saturday, December 7 at 12:40 p.m.
Westbound SH 114 at the Marshall Creek Bridge is down to one lane and Keller PD has closed the westbound 170 ramp at Trophy Lake Drive.

Saturday, December 7 at 8:25 p.m.
Trophy Club Drive from Avenue 20 to Municipal Drive (near Fire Station) is closed until further notice due to extreme icy conditions. Street Crews will report early tomorrow morning to sand Trophy Club Drive and problem areas in town. SH 114 is extremely dangerous and both eastbound and westbound sections close periodically. TX DoT is working around the clock to de-ice areas, but road conditions continue to be very dangerous throughout the Metroplex and surrounding areas. Please stay off the streets if possible.

Sunday, December 8 at 10:00 a.m.
Trophy Club Drive is now open. If you must get out on the roadways then please drive with extreme caution. Street crews are out now sanding major thoroughfares and problem areas in town. Area highways continue to be slick and lane or full road closures occur periodically due to the continued treacherous road conditions. Please stay home, if possible. Officials say the roads will continue to be dangerous through Monday.
