The Trophy Club Women’s Club is proud to announce the annual Christmas tour on homes. This year’s theme is “The Magic of Christmas – 2013”. On Sunday, December 8th, five uniquely decorated homes can be toured from 3 – 6 PM. The Premier Academy, 915 Trophy Club Drive, will anchor the event. From 5 – 8 PM, desserts, silent auction, wine pull, raffle, TCWC cookbooks, homemade pet treats, and handcrafted ornaments will be available. Come join this festive event to ignite this magical season!
Beginning on November 16th, tickets will be on sale for $15 in advance at Roanoke Pharmacy, Sassy Flamingo, Sadie’s Resale Shop, and Tom Thumb in Trophy Club or from any TCWC member. Tickets may be purchased by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted securely via PayPal on our website until 10 PM on December 7th. Tickets purchased on the website will be available for pick up at the “Will Call” the day of the event at The Premier Academy and must be picked up prior to touring any of the homes. Tickets may be purchased during the event for $20 at the Premier Academy or any Tour home. This is an adult only event. Childcare will be provided at the Premier Academy during the tour for a fee. Reservations must be made in advance at www.mytcwc.org or by calling 817/491-8562. Tickets are nonrefundable and the event will be held regardless of the weather. This is a fund raiser for TCWC and net proceeds will be awarded to local Denton and Tarrant County non-profit organizations.
Raffle tickets for the golf cart are selling fast! The 2-seat golf cart has a retail value of $4,900 and a 2 year warranty. The winner will select the color of their choice. The tickets are $25. A maximum of 400 will be sold so your odds are very good! The winner must be 18 years of age and is responsible for any taxes. You may see a similar cart on display at Grapevine Golf Cars. Mark your calendars for Monday, November 11th! Fuzzy’s Tacos in Roanoke will donate 10% of the day’s proceeds to “The Magic of Christmas – 2013” from 10:30 AM – 9 PM. We need everyone to enjoy a Fuzzy’s meal or two that day and support us. Tell your family, friends and neighbors! We will have raffle tickets for the golf cart on sale that day in Fuzzy’s. We cannot wait to see you there!
If anyone would like to donate items to the silent auction or raffle, we need them by November 15th. We can always use gift cards or cash donations, too!
Please give me a call if you would like to be a Greeter in one of the tour homes on Sunday, December 8th, assist with the silent auction/raffle at The Premier Academy or decorate the tour homes. We need help setting up The Premier Academy on Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th. We also need a crew to help us clean up after the event on Sunday, December 8th in order for The Premier Academy to open on Monday morning. Any youth who would like to volunteer or earn service hours can assist with the childcare at The Premier Academy during the event.
