Town of Trophy Club Independence Day Celebration-July 4, 2013

The Town of Trophy Club Independence Day Celebration is rapidly approaching and the Town is gearing up for the 4th of July Festivities, which include:

  • Patriot 5K and Fun Run (Begins at 7:00 a.m.)
  • Parade of Patriots (Begins at 9:30 a.m.)
  • Celebration and Fireworks (6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.)

Patriot 5K & Fun Run

Registration for the 7:00 a.m. Patriot 5K & Fun Run is available at Pre-registration is $20 before race day and $25 for on-site race day registration between 6:00 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. The course is certified and “chip timing” will be used for accurate race results. Free breakfast will be provided by Bara Church to all event participants and their guests.

Parade of Patriots

The Parade of Patriots will begin at 9:30 a.m. and starts at Byron Nelson High School (BNHS). From BNHS turn right on Bobcat, right on Trophy Club Drive, right on Durango, right on Parkview and the parade ends at BNHS.

Seeking Parade Floats - The Town of Trophy Club and Stars and Stripes are seeking floats for 4th of July. Please download, fill out and submit the entry application  - the deadline for submission is June 28th.

Seeking Vendors - The Town is also seeking vendors to setup at the Celebration Festival. Please download, fill out and submit the vendor application  – the deadline for submission is June 21st.

Celebration and Fireworks

Starting 6:00 p.m. at Independence Park East guests will be treated to live music, bounce houses, food, drinks, face painting, games and more. The Fireworks show will begin around 9:30 pm.

    I am signed up for the 3K Fun Run and my 4 year old will be jogging with me. Do I need to register him as well? Are the run shirts available in a child size?

    Don't worry about registering your 4-year old, but we do not have child size t-shirts this year. Sorry about that!
