Basic
Instructions:
1.)
You will need to have the Java runtime client installed on
your computer. If you have the Microsoft Virtual Machine,
or Sun JRE/JDK installed, just skip down to step 2. If you
don't have any Java runtime client installed, you can download
it from Sun.
If you are not sure if you have it, go to step 2. If the pages
load, then you have it installed. If not, then you need to
install it from Sun.
2.)
Once the Java runtime client is installed, you may go to
3.)You
will be prompted with a digital certificate from Daeja Image
Systems. Please accept,
and if you do not want to see it again, make sure you click
the "always trust" box so that it does not prompt you again,
then click on the "yes" button.
Once
you accept the Java digital certificate necessary to view
the tiff files, you can bookmark the page
and get to the site without seeing this screen again.
You will also need Adobe Acrobat, and you can download it
here.

AOL USERS **
The
record files do not display properly within the AOL browser.
Until AOL resolves the problem, you may view the files by
reducing the AOL client and opening http://records.ci.trophyclub.tx.us/
in alternate browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
In order to encourage AOL to address this issue in a timely
manner, please call AOL support at 800-827-6364 and request
a Host Problem Report. The more users that report the problem,
the faster AOL will address it. Thank you for your understanding.
