About
the Planning Department
It
is the mission of the Planning and Zoning Department to coordinate
and monitor the development, design and construction of all
subdivision development activities, to ensure all public improvements
meet or exceed the requirements of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and other development related
Town Ordinances and are designed and constructed in accordance
with accepted engineering principles and construction practices.
The
Department seeks to provide an aesthetically refined community
for the citizens of Trophy Club by implementing zoning regulations
in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan in addition to promoting
health, safety, morals and the general welfare of the community.
The
Planning & Zoning Commission
conducts meetings the first and third Thursday of each month
as needed.
Submissions
are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
any submission received after 12:00 p.m. is considered submitted
on the following day.
Fees*
may be associated with application requests for the Commission's
consideration.
