Welcome to the Official Site for the Annual Town of Trophy Club 4th of July Celebration!

The Town of Trophy Club proudly presents a day of fun, food and family-oriented activities as we celebrate our nation's independence on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Join us as we hold our annual 5K Run/3K Walk, free breakfast, Trophy Idol Talent Contest, 4th of July Parade, Festival and Fireworks!

The day begins at 7:00 a.m. with the 5K Run/3K Walk and free breakfast at Byron Nelson High School. The pool opens at noon, with free entry and the grand opening of the largest municipal fun-form splash pad in North Texas! Be there when the gates are opened for the first time and get wet in the pirate-themed attraction.

While you cool off at the pool, support your neighbors and see amazing performances at the Trophy Idol Talent Contest. The event takes place on-stage inside the pool from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Immediately following the contest, help judge the National Anthem Auditions, also taking place on-stage inside the pool.

At 5:00 p.m. our annual 4th of July Parade will wind its way through town. Community groups, floats, elected officials and more will entertain parade-goers. Follow the parade to the Community Pool for our evening festival, and see the trophy ceremony for the parade winners on the main stage.

The evening festival begins at 6:00 p.m., immediately following the parade, in the pool parking lot. This year it is bigger than ever, so you won't want to miss it! Take part in inflatables and games that will appeal to every age group, from carnival games to bounce houses to water slides.

A variety of food will be available as you relax under the tent and enjoy the sounds of the musical group The Tejas Brothers. During the band's breaks, the first place winners from each Trophy Idol category will perform on the main stage. At approximately 9:15 p.m. you will be treated to a spectacular fireworks display set to patriotic music. Immediately prior to the show, the winner of our National Anthem Auditions will start us off on the right foot with a live performance.

It will be an amazing end to an action-packed day. So save money, gas and time by staying in our town and celebrating the 4th with your neighbors and friends!
