Job Summary: To perform general lifeguard duties that
pertains to the safety and operation of an assigned swimming
pool facility and program.

Qualifications/Knowledge of:

Water safety and lifesaving principles and practices
- Swimming
rescue and advanced first aid techniques including CPR
- Basic
principles used in the operation and mechanics of a
swimming pool
- License
or Certificate:

-
Possession of a current American Red Cross Lifeguard,
CPR-PR and First Aid certification, or equivalent from
an accredited organization
-
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification
$8.00
- $9.75 per hour DOQ
