TCMUD
NO. 1 SPECIAL ELECTION
Trophy
Club MUD 1 will be having a Special Measure Election to vote
for or against approval of an Amended Fire Protection Plan.
This Amended Plan will include fire suppression, fire prevention,
training, safety education, maintenance, communications, medical
emergency services, photograph and administration.
The
current plan, which has been in place since the 1980’s, was
in need of an update and the MUD 1 Board wished to include
“medical emergency services,” Therefore, the MUD 1 Board submitted
an updated Fire Plan to the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality and received TCEQ’s approval on January 12, 2011.

The deadline to register to vote is Thursday, April 14, 2011.
Registration cards are available in the kiosk (located in
the front foyer) of the Svore Municipal Utility Building located
at 100 Municipal Drive or you may visit the
Secretary of State's web page to download an application.
If
you need to change address, verify voter registration or if
you have misplaced or lost your card, please contact your

in person. Delivery by agent is applicable only on the ground
of confinement in jail.
Acceptance
of the applications is based on the date received by the office
