Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 is pleased to
announce Prime Construction Company has been selected as the
General Contractor for the new Trophy Club Fire Station #1
project. TCMUD 1 received 14 bids for this project, ranging
in cost from $2.4 million up to $2.9 million. Prime Construction
was also the low bidder. Construction will begin late May
with an expected move in date of April 2011.

Preparing
for Temporary Housing

Demolition
began on Tuesday, July 20 with the building coming down and
will commence with the removal of all of the concrete and
the remainder of the trees.
