PAYMENT
OPTIONS
- Fines
can be paid by one of the following methods:

Court Office: During normal business
hours.
- Mail:
Certified mail with return receipt is recommended.
- 24
Hour Drop Box: Located in between the Fire Station and
two flag poles. Do NOT leave cash.
- Telephone:
Will only accept payments in FULL for those in
warrant status without a payment plan on file or for
those who simply wish to plead Guilty and pay the fine.
All payments made in FULL require that the credit
card be in the name of the Defendant. Will only accept
PARTIAL payments for those with a payment plan
on file, which has been applied for and approved in
advance.

Court will accept the following forms of payment:

- Cashier's
Check
- Money
Order
- Debit
- MasterCard
or Visa
- Check
- Not accepted for those in warrant status or on a Warrant
Payment Plan. No temporary checks. There is a $25 fee
for all returned checks.
Should
payment be made ON or PRIOR to the appearance
date listed on the citation, the amount reflected on the Fine
Schedule is normally the standard fine for that violation(s),
unless the violation occurred prior to 12/01/05 or is in warrant
status. In either of these two events, please contact the
Court.
Should payment be made AFTER the appearance date listed
on the citation and no prior payment plan arrangement is in
place, late fees may have been applied. Please contact the
Court.
