Juveniles
A juvenile is a person between the age of ten (10) and
sixteen (16) years of age.
State Law requires that all juveniles appear in OPEN
court WITH a parent or legal guardian. The Court will
NOT take payment nor process any transactions prior
to.
While the parent or guardian will be notified by mail of a
new court date and time, the juvenile is still required to
contact the Court by the appearance date listed on the citation.
If a notice is not received by the appearance date on the
citation, please contact the Court.
Minors
A minor is a person under twenty-one (21) years of age.
State
Law requires that all minors charged with either an alcohol
or tobacco-related offense appear in OPEN court. A
parent or legal guardian is NOT required. The Court
will not take payment nor process any transactions prior to.
While
the minor will be notified by mail of a new court date and
time, the minor is still required to contact the Court by
the appearance date listed on the citation. If a notice is
not received by the appearance date on the citation, please
contact the Court.
